CAPTAINMSKII™ started the Malicious Mafia to have a Fun, Competitive and Respectful place to play on-line games. The main goal here is to have FUN while Respecting everyone. I want the Malicious Mafia Family to grow and become a well-known name in the on-line gaming community. Everyone who visits our servers should feel welcome as if they are apart of the family. Below are all the MALICIOUS MAFIA Rules!

It's your job to know our rules and our job to enforce them.

General Server Rules!

(General Rules Apply to ALL Servers Hosted By The Family)

*DO NOT argue with the Commissione and/or players. (This is considered Disrespect)

*DO NOT "TeaBag" other players after a kill. (This is considered Disrespect, you will be kicked/banned)

*DO NOT CHEAT in anyway. Play the game and have fun.

*DO NOT SPAWN RAPE! Cap the flag.

*DO NOT Change Teams just to get the win or make the teams uneven. Keep the teams as even as possible. If a win is so important to you then play on another server.

*If your clan mate gets kicked and/or banned do not be an ass about it or you will get the same thing. We understand you are together but everyone will follow our rules and code or will be banned after repeated offenses.

*DO NOT discuss the rules on the servers. If you don't like a rule then leave or post your thoughts about the rule in the forum on the website.

*DO NOT intentionally ram with a Jet or Helo. We understand accidents happen but intentional ramming will get you kicked and/or banned...

*DO NOT try to change the rules in game, follow the server rules.

*If you are not having fun PLEASE leave the server and come back later. (DO NOT act like an ass or you will be banned)

*If a Commissione Member asks you a question DON'T be a smart-ass about it. Answer the question and continue the game. (he/she is not going to waste their game time on you to ask you something stupid. They are trying to get your attention so you are not kicked from the server)

*PAY ATTENTION to all IN GAME MESSAGES.

*Our Servers are 100% TEAMPLAY. Don't lock the squads. Don't kick players from the squad. Don't talk about anyone in a negative manner. Work together and have fun.

*DO NOT recruit on our servers you will be banned.

*DO NOT go AFK while in team assets (Tanks, Jets, Helo's, etc.). Leave them for your team to use. If they are available when you return then use them again. (No Warning Will Be Given)

*Use ENGLISH on all our Servers, Website and Ventrilo. (Any other language is disrespectful, as we don't know what you are saying. We are International, but we choose to use English to communicate)

*DO NOT start Votes for our Members. If they are breaking rules inform an admin and they will be dealt with. Yes we will kick or ban a member for breaking the rules...

*If you have other members from your clan join the server and want to play together just ask us and we will do everything we can to make it happen.

*DO NOT use insulting or offensive language on the servers, in-game Voip, Ventrilo, Chat, PM’s or the Forum.

*RESPECT EVERYONE at ALL TIMES! (We do have Female players in the Family. They will be respected or you will be kicked/banned)

*Racism or Slander will NOT be tolerated. *DO NOT SPAM! *DO NOT Insult Anyone

*DO NOT ADVERTISE FOR YOUR CLAN ON OUR SERVERS OR FORUM. We do have an Ally section in the Forum. To become an Ally your Clan Site must have an Ally section to advertise our link banner.

TeamSpeak 3 Rules!

*Please use your game name when joining in...

*Set your mic to PUSH-TO-TALK... We want to hear from everyone possible but we don't want to hear the ear piercing background noise some have with an open Mic.

*RESPECT Everyone... DO NOT join in and start off by interrupting everyone else. Say Hi to everyone and go with the flow. If you want to talk with one person ask them to move to another channel.

*Do NOT play music, we are not looking for a DJ...

*Do NOT Burp into the open Mic. We don't need and/or want to hear it.

*Pick a Channel and Stay in it.

*If you are having Technical issues please fix them before coming in the server, if possible.

*Use the Voice Server(s) as they are meant to be used. The voice server is NOT the game.

*You can be banned from just the voice server please respect it.

Commissione (Admin) Rules!

No One is above any of our rules. Below are the RULES The Commissione are to follow and will be enforced by the Family Boss. I will not tolerate The Commissione abusing their power and bringing down the Malicious Mafia name. To be blunt your $20 a month for Commissione rights is not worth us losing what we are trying to build. Let me know if a Commissione Member is breaking the rules or abusing power! If you don't feel comfortable posting it in the forum under member misconduct, email CAPTAINMSKII directly at captainmskii at maliciousmafia dot com Being a Commissione Member is a Privilege and can be revoked at anytime if a Commissione Member is abusing his/her power, or doesn't enforce the rules and code of conduct.

*Respect Everyone! People are people and will say things to get to you. Whatever happens please remain calm and handle the situation in a mature manner.

*NO Arguing! Do not argue with a Family Boss or any other players. Everyone makes mistakes. Let's get the issue resolved and continue playing the game. If you can't resolve the issue, then take it to the Forums...

*The Family Boss has the final say. If in the server and an issue comes up with another player or Commissione Member and the Family Boss feels the need to step in please stop and let the Family Boss take care of the situation. Do not undermine the Family Boss EVER!

*Have Patience. People are into a game and may not see a warning or you trying to get their attention. Make sure they acknowledge you. Once you get their attention tell them what they are doing wrong and what is expected of them to remain in the server.

*Use Common Sense. If we don't have public people in our server (i.e. non-members) then our servers are down. If people know you are a Commissione Member they will taunt you. You have to be, or at least act, mature and keep your cool. Never just kick someone for saying what they feel. If they start saying things like your server sucks then ask why. Don't just kick them. We want to know why they think that and how we can make our server(s) better.

*NEVER change maps without a vote. This will more than likely backfire on you to change a map just because you want to play it. The server is full for a reason and the reason more than likely is because of what map is being played. If the vote option doesn't work but several members would like a different map then still get all of them to vote before changing a map.

*Never Kick/Ban because someone pisses you off! You are expected to deal with them on the up and up if you would like to keep your Commissione status. In the end it is a privilege to have Commissione rights on a Malicious Mafia server. We will never just give it to someone, they have earn it. Have PRIDE being a Malicious Mafia Commissione Member. *The Asterisk key (*) yes, the secondary notation of the number eight (8) key, is for warning, kicking, banning and/or speaking to all players. Do not use the asterisk key unless a couple of people are attacking an uncap and you are not sure who it is. If you know who it is only warn the ones breaking the rules. If you warn everyone and someone asks why they were warned tell them everyone was warned for the reason stated.

*NEVER PAUSE a SERVER as a Commissione member. This feature doesn't work in-game and will stop the game. You can't restart the server once it is paused in-game. The pause feature only works in the CC.

*If you get warned Do NOT use the in-game admin commands to respond or warn the person back. Use normal chat to sort the issue out or take it to the forums if you don't agree. You will lose your Commissione rights if you warn someone back out of spite for being warned. No one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes.

*Do NOT kick idle members. Commissione Members can kick idle players to make room if the server gets full but never under any circumstances kick a Family member for being idle. If needed a Family Boss will do it.

*NEVER kick a Famly Boss (Dub or Capt.) from a server. You will lose your Commissione rights if you do. And could be banned from the family. *Only kick a Member as a last resort then report it to Captainmskii. If a member is continuing to break rules then let the Family Boss know and I will take care of the member in question.

*Do NOT Abuse commands in game (i.e. Spamming). If you start spamming the commands no one will pay attention to them. They are not meant to be fun, they are meant to be used to keep the game fun and fair.

*Make EVERYONE feel welcome when coming into the server(s). Say hello and invite them to join us on Ventrilo. If there are a few members from another clan that come into the server, welcome them. When the game is done or you are about to leave thank them for stopping by our server(s) and welcome them back if there were no issues.

Captainmskii is the Family Boss. Since Dub resigned I am not looking for a replacement. The Commissione and I will make the decisions for the future of the family together. If we can't come to an agreement I will make the final decision that I feel will be the best for the family. Commissione rights are solely given, to show my appreciation for an individual's support of the family. Be it by, Donations, Forums, Contest, or a personal reason. As a Commissione Member, all I ask you to do, is moderate the servers, while you may be playing.
